THE SUN SHINES EVERYDAY

Using deliberately childlike, reduced imagery, the works depict abstracted suns as symbols of inner and outer states.

The title of the series refers to an attitude of continuity and inner light. The sun appears not only as an external motif, but as something that can arise internally, have an external effect, and be reflected in the world.

€15 from each print will be donated to the Children’s Cancer Help Organisation for Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland (Kinderkrebshilfe Wien–NÖ–Bgld).
